I found that Suples Bulgarian Bag may be a pretty valuable to stress shoulders and feel great after :)

Try it! This is really fun and whole body feels great after. Actually, you can build entire workout around this bag, although I think that you will need increase the weight of bags as you progressing - may be a costly thing to buy bags with different weights. ...unless you gym has the full set :)

Nice! I've seen a bag like that at the gym – I'll give it a try. I usually use bans for shoulder mobility after an injury. Thanks for posting.

Interesting video. Do you find that this increases flexibility/mobility at all, or is it more for strengthening of the muscles supporting the shoulders?

Well, I just found the bag in my gym and started using it. It, definitely, helps with flexibility of shoulders - I am trying to push limits and restore conditions of my shoulders that I had before injury. So far, I feel absolutely great after play with bag and i even start to use bag as a warmup before weight lifting.
At this point I do not know if bag-thing will help with strength or not - I will continue workout and will report:)
BTW, this one is not really too heavy - it is just 25LB, so, I may need to find new one soon to keep progressing.

Nice! I've noticed one of those bags lying around in the gym where I train BJJ. I may have to try playing around with it. My shoulders are prone to injury.
