I prefer to box and kick-box with men and women who are in shape and who are conditioned to absorb punishment. I'm serious into conditioning and fitness for boxing, and kickboxing. I have been working out and taking punches in the body since I was 14. I workout in the gym 4 to 5 days a week. I am a stand up fighter and a HORRIBLE wrestler. I was a Golden Gloves as a teen and AAU as a young adult. I like being in shape. I like chatting with others, on the phone or on line, who are into this. I am NOT a Wrestler. I am certified as a Personal Trainer, specialize in conditioning for combat sports like Rugby, Water Polo, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling. I'm am a part time trainer at several local gyms in the Memphis area. I'm deep into heavy core hardening. I work with men and women who want to take their conditioning to the next level. I have been in contact with RadnerBearman for about one year now where he coached med and advised me in my trainings and especially Nelly strength - abs core trainings - he has been sending me a lot of tips through you tube links or messages about progressive exercises I could easily do at home
He has followed me during one year and we have been exchanging comments and feelings about my trainings
I have to admit that after one year now my abs are much stronger what has a positive influence on my back too
I do triathlons and could last year feel some pain in my back after 1/2marathon
I do not have more pain any longer
I notice stronger abs during swimming too
Really Radner has helped me with his following and nice support
Need to keep on training and abs workout but really worth it
Cannot do anything else than to recommend him y anybody who want to do and notice improvements in his body ! That man knows what he talks about
