From 13.00 - 18.00 hrs

Cost £10 Per Person to cover venue hire

Directions If you are using Sat Nav put in EN5 4LG. It will bring you out next to the entrance

The studio is a 15-20 minute walk from High Barnet Underground Station (on the Barnet Branch of the Northern Line).
Please see the link for pictorial directions.

Come out of the underground station walk up the hill and turn right at the top into Barnet High Street. Continue up the hill until you see the Church of St John the Baptist. Take the right hand fork (signpost St Albans). Continue forward (past McDonald s on the right hand side).

Pass The Spires Shopping Centre and turn left at the traffic lights (near to the Kentucky Fried Chicken shop). Go down St Albans Road a couple of hundred yards, turn left into Alston Road.

Walk approximately 300 ft and you will see Alston Works on the right. It is a fairly spread out old Victorian Industrial site (you'll see an old orange metal gate propped against the wall)

Make your way through the site towards Unit 10, turn left through the archway across the first yard and then turn right at the row of white office units (ignore no 4), head under the iron staircase and the studio is straight ahead). The studio is at the back part of the site in a single story unit. It has large solid metal shutters and it's clearly marked Studio 4B.

If you are driving from Central London, once you arrive at Alston Road take a fairly sharpish right into Falkland Road. Alston Works is on your left you'll see a sign for (I think it is Mervo or Marvo).

You can park anywhere there is a space as long as you don't block any doorways. Again, the studio is clearly marked.

Had a great afternoon with everyone. By coincidence it was my birthday and could not have had a better day than having a tumble with a great bunch of lads. Thanks to Matworker for organising it and I am sorry that you could not be there. We all hope that you get well soon.
Thanks to Andy too for the venue and the birthday cake too. Very tasty and well appreciated!

Was visiting from the States and adjusted my plans to be here. So glad I did. Andy dropped bread crumbs and provided instructions to help me find Studio 4B in the Alston Works. The guys made me feel very welcome. A great environment, wish we had this back home. Highly recommend.
