Spartans Wrestling Practice - Dec 2018

Event Description

Monthly meeting of the Philly Spartans Wrestling Club!

Set-up and solo warm-up time at 1 pm, then Practice 1-3 pm.

Practice starts with warm-up/stretch/conditioning, then moves on to instruction/drilling of the day's holds/maneuvers, and ends with open mat time for matches.

Coach Mike leads practices collaboratively, incorporating input and insight from other experienced wrestlers in attendance. Thus our sessions are, to a degree, tailored... and every participant is able to work out and learn at a level and pace appropriate for them.

Singlets or other combat-appropriate clothing preferred... bring shoes and headgear if you've got 'em... and bring water!
