Grappling seminar in Countryside, Il for all experience levels

    Event Description

Grappling seminar for all experience levels is Saturday February 24th 7pm Inside Enhance Fitness Studio 6475 Joliet rd. suite A1000 Countryside, Il 60525 $20 per person covers event

Join us for a seminar from MMA instructor Noah Gutierrez of I Noah Training Program I've been a mixed martial arts instructor since 2011 teaching in Orland Park, Countryside and multiple Chicago locations.

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign waiver and get familiar with the place. This is a safe space for grappling enthusiasts from all experience levels and ages. Meet other like minded individuals practicing their passion. 30 minutes of instruction will cover techniques and submissions for no gi grappling followed by 30 minutes of live rolling rounds in a supervised and controlled setting. Live rolling is optional and it's ok if you want to sit out and watch. We do not want to see anyone get injured so you must respect house/grappling rules, respect opponent limitations, respect the tap and location we are training in. Must be over the age of 18 to participate and please advise if you have any previous injuries so we are mindful of that. If you have any questions or to R.S.V.P. you can email

Safety is our#1 priority, thank you for supporting this event. See you on the 24th! :)
